Terms of use

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AT Digital Co Pty Ltd (“we”) for using Hourplot. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

Your data

What you put in Hourplot stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Hourplot. That includes trying to get into other people’s accounts, overloading or attacking the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Connected services

Calendars and AI assistants you connect are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for how they work, and a change on their side may stop a connection working.

Changes to Hourplot

We keep improving Hourplot, so features may change. If we ever close the service, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your data.

Payments

Hourplot is free for now. If we add paid plans, we’ll show the price before you pay, and these terms will explain how billing and refunds work. Purchases through the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store also follow that store’s terms.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, we provide Hourplot as it is, and we aren’t liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits or missed deadlines. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it’s limited to supplying the service again or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect. If you keep using Hourplot after that, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
