Privacy policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

AT Digital Co Pty Ltd (“we”) runs Hourplot. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t sell your data.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run Hourplot. They only process your data on our behalf:

If you connect Hourplot to Claude or another AI assistant, the assistant reads and changes your Hourplot data when you ask it to. That data is then handled under your agreement with the assistant’s provider, such as Anthropic.

We’ll disclose data if the law requires it.

Where it’s stored

Your data is stored on servers that may be outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure our providers protect it to the standard the Australian Privacy Principles require.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account. When you delete it, we remove your data straight away. Copies in our backups are deleted within 30 days.

Your choices

Security

We encrypt data in transit with HTTPS, encrypt calendar addresses at rest, and store passwords as one-way hashes. The app keeps its sign-in token in your system’s secure storage.

Children

Hourplot isn’t made for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.

Contact and complaints

Email support@hourplot.app with any privacy question or complaint. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
